All of the websites that we build have a responsive design and are made to be mobile friendly. In addition to that, we do not charge any “leasing” fee or anything like that – the websites that we build are 100% client owned. The only recurring fees are for domain purchase / renewal and hosting. Hosting fees are $250 per year, which includes SSL certificate for site security and also email hosting. We waive the website hosting fee for the first year. The cost of domains depends on the TLD, but .coms are $25 per year and .cas are $35 per year.
